Minutes
Included with: every plan.
User guide
Pam drafts minutes from what was recorded during the meeting — attendance, decisions, actions. You edit them. The board approves them.
Pam never approves minutes. Drafting is a clerical act; approving is a governance one, and the product does not blur that line.
Approving
Minutes are approved at the following meeting, as they always have been. Once approved they become part of the permanent record.

Support notes
"The draft missed a decision"
Usually: it was discussed but never recorded as a decision during the meeting. Pam drafts from the record, not from a transcript. Fix: add the decision, then redraft.
"Pam's draft is too long"
Say so in the prompt. She calibrates to what she is asked for.
Known limitations
No audio transcription. Minutes are drafted from structured records, which is a deliberate choice: a transcript-derived minute captures what was said rather than what was decided.
