Troubleshooting

Organised by symptom, because that is what you have.

"Pam has stopped answering"

Most often: the board's credits are exhausted. Check: Settings → Billing shows the balance. Fix: buy a top-up, or move to a plan with a larger allowance. The allowance renews with your subscription.

"A director cannot sign in"

Most often: their invitation expired, or they were revoked. Check: Settings → Your board. Fix: re-issue the invitation. Invitations are single-use and time-limited on purpose.

"The seal on a decision shows a warning"

The decision was edited after someone sealed it. The earlier seal remains valid over the earlier wording. Open "see what was signed" to compare. See Sealed decisions.

"Directors did not receive the board pack"

Most often: the pack was assembled but never published. Check: the meeting's status.

"Pam cited legislation that does not apply to us"

Most often: organisation type or jurisdiction is wrong. Fix: Organisation settings. Prior answers are not retrospectively corrected — re-ask anything important.

"A feature says it is included with another plan"

That is a plan matter rather than a fault. The message names the plan that includes it, and a secretary can change plans in Settings → Billing.
