For board administrators
You are usually the company secretary, governance officer, or the executive assistant who keeps the board running. Most of SanctumBoard's configuration is yours.

The settings that matter most
Organisation type and jurisdiction. Pam decides which legislation applies from these. Getting them wrong does not produce an error; it produces confident answers about the wrong Act.
Director start and end dates. These drive quorum, eligibility and the board composition shown against historical decisions. A director with no end date is treated as currently serving.
Removing a director
Revoke, never delete. A deleted director would take their attendance record, declarations and seals with them, which would quietly rewrite the board's history. Revoking ends their access and leaves the record intact.
