Calendar​

Meeting invitations are sent as standard calendar attachments and work with Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. Updates to a meeting update the existing entry rather than creating a duplicate.

Email​

Pam sends from her own address. Notifications, chasers and invitations all arrive from SanctumBoard rather than on behalf of a person.

Technical notes​

  • iCalendar (RFC 5545) with stable UIDs and rising sequence numbers, which is what makes an update land as an update
  • Email delivery through a durable outbox — a transient failure retries rather than losing the message

What is not available yet​

There is no public integrations API. It is intended, but nothing is built, and we would rather say so than list it.
