Sealed decisions. Directors can now sign a resolution with a passkey — the same face or fingerprint that unlocks their phone. The signature covers the words of the decision, so an edit afterwards is visible to anyone checking. See Sealed decisions.

Board memory. A timeline of everything the board has decided, who was in the room, what interests stood at the time, and which actions followed. Available on Professional and above.

Annual plans. Ten per cent below twelve months at the monthly rate.

Notes for administrators. The Governance Passport is now part of Professional rather than Essential. Boards already on Essential using it are unaffected — talk to us before your next renewal.
