Does the AI make decisions?​

No. Pam drafts and suggests; named humans approve. The board retains decision authority — a design commitment, not a setting.

Is our board data used to train AI models?​

No.

Where is our data processed?​

Australia, including AI inference. See Security.

What if Pam gets something wrong?​

She cites the law she relies on so you can check her, and says so when she cannot find authority rather than inventing it. She is a drafting assistant, not an adviser.

About the record​

Can minutes be altered after approval?​

Minutes can be corrected — that is legitimate and normal. What cannot be altered is the audit log and any seals, so a correction is visible as a correction.

What happens if we leave?​

Your records are exportable. Data can be erased on request.

About plans​

What happens when credits run out?​

AI stops. Everything else keeps working, and you are never charged for overage. See Credits.

Do you charge per sub-committee?​

No. Sub-committees are included from Essential upwards.

Can we change plans?​

Yes, from Settings → Billing.
