SanctumBoard provides governance support and evidence. It does not provide legal advice or make compliance determinations — that line is deliberate and it is not going to move.

User guide​

Obligations​

The Obligations register tracks what your board must do and by when, drawn from the legislation that applies to your entity type and jurisdiction.

Evidence​

Where a decision discharges an obligation, link them. That link is drawn only from evidence a human records — nothing infers that a decision satisfied a legal duty, because that is a judgement rather than a fact.

Sector packs​

Where a sector carries extra obligations — aged care is the first — those are available as a pack on Professional and above.

  • The authority corpus holds current compilations of Commonwealth and state legislation, with licence positions following the publisher

Support notes​

"Pam did not flag an obligation we have"​

Usually: organisation type or jurisdiction is wrong, or the obligation is sector-specific and the pack is not enabled.

Known limitations​

The corpus covers Australian jurisdictions. Compliance determinations remain the board's, informed by its own advisers.
